Whatever It Takes

Our Unique Model

Every Communities In Schools success story starts with a relationship. A transformational relationship between a student and their site coordinator.

We unlock students’ potential through goal setting and keeping them accountable, all while partnering with local nonprofits and agencies to mobilize resources inside and outside the school. Our site coordinators meet the needs of the whole child, right when they need it most.
